Inspect cylinder and head. Replace piston, wrist pin, bearings and clips. Clean and inspect power valve. Check reeds and clutch hone cylinder if needed.
Bottom End Rebuild

Spilt cases. Clean and inspect all parts. Replace crankshaft. Replace crank seals and bearings. Replace all necessary gaskets.
